• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, marketing management or brand management.
• Experience building or rebuilding a marketing function or team.
• Strong knowledge of digital and data-driven marketing, lead generation, CRM and campaign measurement.
• Experience managing budgets, projects and cross-functional stakeholder relationships, particularly with Sales.
• A combination of clear direction, analytical thinking and a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain, and knowledge of sustainability communication will be an advantage.

• Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan to support Egala’s growth objectives and brand awareness across European markets.
• Lead B2B marketing, including lead generation, LinkedIn, CRM campaigns, customer communications and sales enablement.
• Develop our brand and employer branding, creating content that attracts customers, drivers and office talent.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, industry events, conferences and media relationships to increase visibility and build industry recognition.
• Communicate Egala’s sustainability progress, including battery-electric trucks, HVO, our target of reducing CO₂ emissions by 20% by 2030, membership in the European Clean Trucking Alliance and support for customers’ CSRD-ready reporting.
• Build and develop the marketing team, establish clear roles and processes, and manage the budget, agencies and suppliers.
• Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance and use data to improve marketing effectiveness.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and lead Egala’s marketing function, supporting our commercial growth and employer brand across European markets.

At Egala, marketing connects two important audiences: our B2B customers — transport and logistics companies using our trucking capacity — and the people we want to attract, from drivers to office professionals. Stories about our fleet, people and operations help communicate both our capabilities and our culture.

Reporting to People & Culture and Sales, you will set marketing priorities, lead the team and turn business objectives into measurable results. You will combine leadership and planning with hands-on execution, working closely with Sales to generate leads, support the sales pipeline and strengthen our market presence.
