• Organizing and planning drivers' work in cooperation with the team manager - going to work and return home, ensuring full truck staffing.
• Keeping relationships with assigned drivers.
• Ensuring that driver’s documentation is up to date.
• Working with data in the internal transport system.
• Recording reports from drivers and resolving reported issues.
• Maintaining contact with other departments and ensuring the flow of information.
• Contributing to the development of driver quality in order to meet company quality standards.
