Business Controller
- Higher education degree in finance or accounting, plus at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, financial analysis, or audit
- Business acumen, curiosity, and a drive for professional development
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills—particularly in communication and influencing—and the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners
- Strategic thinking, proactivity, and a solution-seeking approach
- Ability to present results to diverse audiences and use data storytelling
- Fluency in English
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to work with large datasets
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI, VBA, or SQL
- Experience managing leasing and service contracts or asset management
- Experience in a manufacturing company
- Reporting and analyzing results, calculating KPIs, and verifying data completeness and accuracy
- Preparing budgets and forecasts; developing financial models and business growth scenarios
- Analyzing and evaluating operational and financial data; conducting variance and discrepancy analyses
- Collaborating directly with the Management Board and the team of Directors—acting as a Finance Business Partner to provide financial recommendations and facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Continuously developing business controlling functions with support from the CFO
- Collaborating with operational departments to optimize and monitor performance
- Proactively monitoring changes in the business environment and their impact on financial performance
- Evaluating investment projects
