That's why we're excited to announce the next chapter in our journey. Soon, we will begin expanding our headquarters in Żerniki, creating a modern office extension designed according to the principles of Universal Design. This investment reflects our long-term commitment to workplace accessibility, inclusive office design, and creating an environment that meets the needs of every employee, partner, and visitor.
Only a few years ago, we moved into our current headquarters. Since then, our company has grown rapidly. Our teams have expanded, our services have evolved, and we've had the opportunity to support an increasing number of clients in achieving their business goals.
Now, it's time for our workspace to grow alongside us.
The expansion is about far more than adding square footage. It's an investment in people, employee wellbeing, collaboration, and innovative workplace solutions that encourage creativity, productivity, and everyday comfort.
Universal Design is an approach to creating spaces that considers the diverse needs of users from the very beginning of the design process. Rather than adapting buildings after they're completed, Universal Design ensures that environments are naturally accessible, functional, and comfortable for everyone, regardless of age, physical ability, or individual way of using the space.
For us, this philosophy is a natural continuation of the values that have always shaped Egala: innovation, functionality, and the courage to create workplaces that inspire people to do their best work.
Just as our existing headquarters has become known for its distinctive architectural solutions, the new office space will focus on user comfort, efficient collaboration, and a seamless everyday experience.
At Egala, we believe that a truly modern workplace is about more than striking architecture or advanced technology. It should be accessible, intuitive, and safe, allowing everyone to work comfortably regardless of their individual needs.

One of the key priorities of this investment is creating a barrier-free office environment that enables every visitor and employee to move throughout the building safely, independently, and comfortably.
Step-free entrances, thoughtfully designed circulation routes, and level, slip-resistant flooring will eliminate architectural barriers from the moment people enter the building. Wide corridors, spacious walkways, and accessible doorways will make moving through the office easier and more convenient for everyone.
