• Higher education in Accounting or Finance;
• Advanced PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel);
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, achieve objectives, and deliver results;
• Experience: 1 to 2+ years of experience in debt collection;
• Fluency in Romanian or Russian and English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Dutch, German, or Polish is a strong advantage.
• High patience, professional phone etiquette, resilience, and strict ethical integrity.

• Make high-volume outbound calls, send collection letters, and handle inbound inquiries to discuss unpaid bills;
• Update database records accurately after every customer interaction, payment promise, and dispute;
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding payments and agree on appropriate payment arrangements;
• Follow up on payment commitments and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Handle disputes and challenging conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
